About Our Workshop

Perfect Blend of Flexibility and Strengths Training Program

     Our training program is built on the foundational techniques of rhythmic and artistic gymnastics. The circus arts began developing in Mongolia in the 1940s, when skilled foreign gymnastics coaches first arrived in the country. They introduced and taught circus and gymnastics disciplines to young, energetic Mongolian boys and girls. Since then, the circus arts have continued to flourish and evolve in Mongolia.

     One of the proud successors of this legacy is Anudari, who has developed a unique program that combines the flexibility techniques of contortion with advanced hand-balancing exercises. Drawing on her many years of experience, this course is designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and endurance—perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and grow both physically and mentally.

📚 What You’ll Learn

Each group class is structured into four key parts to provide a full-body, mind, and creative training experience:

 

1. 🔥 Professional Warm-Up

 

Learn how professional contortionists and elite athletes warm up their bodies.

You’ll understand:

Why warming up is essential

How to prepare your body safely

Techniques to activate key muscle groups

 

2. 🤸‍♀️ Contortion Technique & Flexibility Training

 

We combine practical drills with the theory behind flexibility and body conditioning.

You will learn:

Core contortion positions and transitions

How to improve flexibility safely

The benefits of long-term flexibility training

 

3. 🧘‍♀️ Handstands & Balance Fundamentals

 

Master the art of balance with focused training on:

Handstand techniques and spotting

Balance exercises for home practice

Strength-building for shoulders, back, and core

 

4. 🎭 Artistic Expression & Act Creation

 

For students interested in creating a solo performance, we offer creative coaching in:

Musicality and movement expression

Choreography combining contortion and balance

Building a stage-ready act

This is ideal for students preparing for showcases, competitions, or future performance opportunities.
